As the first VP of Sales at Axiom, you will architect the go-to-market strategy for category-defining verified AI. You’ll build a high-performance organization from scratch, bridging complex mathematical rigor with the strategic requirements of government agencies and enterprise buyers to secure the infrastructure of the future.

Axiom is a $264M Series A AI research lab building a self-improving mathematician to verify high-assurance systems in government, defense, and finance.
What you will do
- Build and scale the entire sales organization from the ground up, including hiring, process design, and pipeline management.
- Establish and own the dual-motion sales strategy for both government agencies (DoD, IC) and Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and CEO to define the market category for verified AI and mathematical reasoning.
