Senior AI Engineer at Chip Financial

As a Senior AI Engineer at Chip, you will lead the technical design and implementation of multi-agent AI systems for 400,000+ users. You will move beyond simple frameworks to build bespoke orchestration layers and robust infrastructure, working directly with the Head of AI to define the future of wealth management through agentic automation.

• Design and implement bespoke multi-agent architectures, including orchestration layers, inter-agent communication protocols, and context persistence systems.
• Build production-grade AI infrastructure on AWS using Bedrock, SageMaker, and EventBridge with a focus on observability and cost-efficiency.
• Establish engineering standards and evaluation strategies, utilizing models-as-judge and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure high-trust system performance.

• Deep hands-on experience building and scaling complex multi-agent systems in production environments, ideally within high-trust or regulated domains.
• Expert-level proficiency in AWS cloud services and full-stack development to ship end-to-end AI solutions autonomously.
