• Architect and implement production-grade multi-step AI agents to automate end-to-end creator discovery, negotiation, and campaign management.

• 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically at Series A–D AI-native startups or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven track record of shipping AI agents or LLM-powered systems in production environments using Python and modern agent frameworks.
• Pragmatic builder mindset with the ability to own entire features from architecture to deployment in a fast-paced, high-stakes San Francisco office environment.
