What you will do
- Build and evolve Horizyn-as-a-service into a production-ready product, including API enhancements, security hardening, and deployment automation.
- Design and implement a scalable database system integrating structured biochemical data from KEGG and UniProt with unstructured experimental results.
- Manage multi-account AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform while migrating legacy GCP systems to a unified production environment.
