What you'll do
What you will do
- Evolve the core ML inference service into a production-ready product, managing everything from API enhancements and observability to security hardening and deployment.
- Design and implement a robust database architecture to integrate structured biochemistry data with unstructured experimental results for ML training pipelines.
- Manage multi-account AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, overseeing the migration of legacy GCP systems and automating CI/CD workflows.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of owning complex technical systems and production services end-to-end.
- Deep expertise in Python and the ML infrastructure ecosystem, including experience with model serving, GPU compute, and data pipeline tooling.
- Advanced proficiency with cloud-native technologies, specifically AWS, Terraform, Docker container orchestration, and relational/vector similarity search databases.
