What you will do
- Design and implement Hormona.io’s operating rhythms, including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and performance review cycles to ensure world-class execution.
- Lead strategic cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, removing bottlenecks and ensuring the business stays aligned with its highest-leverage priorities.
- Support the CEO in high-stakes activities including organizational design, leadership hiring, board meeting preparation, fundraising efforts, and investor communications.
