What you'll do
What you will do
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, and commercial roles, prioritizing high-quality direct sourcing over inbound or agency reliance.
- Design and implement scalable hiring infrastructure, including ATS management, structured interview loops, scorecards, and data-driven pipeline reporting.
- Partner with leadership to define roles, calibrate profiles, and lead employer branding initiatives to attract elite talent in a competitive market.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 3–7 years of in-house talent acquisition experience within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Proven track record of direct sourcing exceptional passive candidates across multiple functions, specifically for fintech, AI, or B2B SaaS companies.
- A builder mindset with the ability to create structured, efficient processes without sacrificing speed or the high bar for talent.
