Afori is an AI software platform built specifically for insurance brokers in Germany. It provides specialized AI agents that automate insurance back-office processes, structure incoming communication, and convert unstructured emails and documents into actionable, traceable cases. Rather than generating isolated text responses, Afori produces review-ready work results — structured cases with tasks and reminders, context-aware email drafts, and prefilled claim notifications. Afori was founded by Fabian Wesemann (CEO) and Sergi Baños (CTO), second-time founders with over ten years of experience in the insurance and technology sector. Both were early team members at wefox and bring deep expertise in brokerage processes, insurance regulation, and scalable product development.
What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process as your primary priority, from sourcing and pipeline management to candidate experience and closing top-tier talent.
- Manage end-to-end People and Finance operations, including onboarding, payroll, HR compliance, and coordinating with external bookkeepers.
- Lead the search and daily management of Afori’s new Barcelona office, acting as the face of the company for all team members and guests.
