What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across engineering, product, and GTM functions, personally managing sourcing, interviewing, and closing senior-level candidates.
- Design and implement the company's foundational recruiting stack, including Ashby ATS configuration, referral programs, and standardized interview processes.
- Develop proactive outbound sourcing strategies using advanced boolean search and modern AI recruiting tools to maintain a high-signal candidate pipeline.

- Demonstrated success as a first recruiter at a startup under 50 people, with a focus on sourcing and closing rather than just coordination.
- Ability to recruit for both deeply technical roles like ML engineering and high-velocity GTM roles like Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
