What you will do
- Identify and engage exceptional technical and defence talent across Ukraine, mapping the market and building high-trust relationships with engineers, technical specialists, and veterans.
- Act as the face of the talent brand by managing social media presence and creating compelling content that positions Occam Industries as the premier workplace in the MilTech sector.
- Work as an apprentice to the CEO to own the full hiring lifecycle, from identifying the next 10 key hires to building the internal recruitment systems for future scale.
