As the first talent hire at Swans, you will own the end-to-end engineering recruitment engine. Working directly with the founders, you will define the hiring culture, design evaluation rubrics, and drive aggressive outbound sourcing. What you will do

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for all software engineering roles, from initial sourcing through to closing candidates.
  • Develop and execute creative outbound sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical communities to attract top-tier talent.
  • Build repeatable hiring processes, evaluation rubrics, and sourcing motions that the founders can trust as the company scales.
