You will lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence across the people function. By optimizing processes from onboarding to reward, you will partner with Finance and Talent to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role focuses on scaling people technology, maintaining compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture through data-driven insights.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll data flows, and performance management workflows.
  • Act as the systems expert for HiBob and other People tech to drive automation, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Manage compensation cycles, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking to ensure a competitive and fair reward structure.

Who this is a fit for

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong analytical skills and experience managing HRIS platforms like HiBob.
  • Proven ability to streamline complex processes and a solid understanding of UK employment law and compliance requirements.
