What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, leading succession planning, talent mapping, and organizational design for GTM functions.
- Design and manage comprehensive reward frameworks, including salary banding, benchmarking, and annual bonus review processes.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and provide executive-level coaching to senior managers to foster a culture of high performance.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven HR generalist experience within a fast-paced SME, tech, or SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to Private Equity or matrix structures.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to build people analytics dashboards and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive HR workflows.
- Expert knowledge of UK employment law and significant experience managing high-level change, restructures, and business integrations.
