As the first People & Talent hire, you will build the talent acquisition function and people operations foundation from scratch. You’ll partner with founders to source top-tier talent, design interview processes, and manage global people operations across multiple geographies. This is a hands-on role defining the culture and scaling a high-growth organization.

  • Build the people operations foundation, including onboarding, payroll, compensation frameworks, and international compliance.
