A client hands us a messy, one-off project and we hand back a finished outcome: we scope the work, quote a fixed price within 24 hours, source and manage the specialists, and own the result end to end. We are not a marketplace, a VA service, an agency, or a BPO. Our wedge is $2,000 to $50,000 one-off projects for founders, priced in outcome units like a held meeting or a booked demo, never in hours.
What you will do
- Transform rough client objectives into precise project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and execution plans within 24-hour windows.
- Take full ownership of contractor teams assembled for each project, holding them accountable for high-quality work and maintaining a high bar for final delivery.
- Identify execution risks early and proactively pivot plans to ensure clients receive the outcomes they hired Grain Network, Inc. to provide.
