Role overview
As the first dedicated Project Manager at Grain Network, Inc., you will own client delivery from initial scope to final execution. You’ll manage dynamically assembled contractor teams, turn ambiguous objectives into clear plans, and ensure high-quality results. This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on driving outcomes rather than just managing process theater.

A client hands us a messy, one-off project and we hand back a finished outcome: we scope the work, quote a fixed price within 24 hours, source and manage the specialists, and own the result end to end. We are not a marketplace, a VA service, an agency, or a BPO. Our wedge is $2,000 to $50,000 one-off projects for founders, priced in outcome units like a held meeting or a booked demo, never in hours.
What you will do
- Transform rough client objectives into precise project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and execution plans within 24-hour windows.
- Take full ownership of contractor teams assembled for each project, holding them accountable for high-quality work and maintaining a high bar for final delivery.
- Identify execution risks early and proactively pivot plans to ensure clients receive the outcomes they hired Grain Network, Inc. to provide.

- Proven experience owning complex projects and client delivery in high-pressure environments like managed services, agencies, consulting, or marketplaces.
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills, necessary for crafting high-stakes scope documents and maintaining clear, confident communication with global clients.
