What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from innovative sourcing of passive talent to managing candidate pipelines and closing high-impact hires across GTM and EPD.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, developing interview loops and data-driven metrics to refine our recruitment and employer branding processes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while maximizing network-based referrals to build a high-caliber, diverse workforce at the frontier of AI infrastructure.
