- Execute a comprehensive channel strategy to reach and convert elite engineers and operators from tens of thousands of applicants.

- 5+ years of professional experience with a proven track record owning recruitment functions in fast-growing technical environments.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in an engineering or technical discipline, to effectively vet high-level talent.
