What you'll do
What you will do
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in London, from initial role design and sourcing to final offer closing and onboarding.
- Partner deeply with Engineering and Product leaders to define high-quality hiring bars, push back on vague briefs, and implement structured scorecards.
- Architect the foundational talent infrastructure, including leveling guides and AI-integrated workflows that will define how the company scales globally.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 3+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience at a startup where you successfully hired engineers before the company had established brand recognition.
- Proven ability to build technical recruiting pipelines from scratch, demonstrating deep literacy in the differences between backend, frontend, and platform engineering roles.
- A true builder mindset with demonstrable experience creating actual tools or automations using AI (like Claude Code) to gain significant operational leverage.
