You will own the full recruiting cycle, partner with leadership to define brand-new functions, and build scalable hiring processes. What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple engineering teams, managing everything from initial sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Partner strategically with engineering managers to design structured interview processes, calibrate talent bars, and advise on competitive compensation benchmarks across diverse geographies.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven recruiting practices by reporting on pipeline health and leveraging tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse talent pools.
