As the second recruiting hire for a well-funded AI startup, you will partner directly with engineering leaders to scale technical and applied AI teams. This is a foundational role where you will design evaluation frameworks and sourcing strategies from scratch, directly influencing the talent density and culture of a category-defining company.

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, and applied AI/ML roles.
  • Design and implement end-to-end interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and candidate experience standards.
  • Partner strategically with engineering leadership to drive sourcing strategies and critical hiring decisions.
