What you will do
- Lead global talent strategy to source specialized technical talent, including AI researchers and Forward Deployed Engineers, using non-obvious channels.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, designing high-signal, low-friction interview loops that ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design and manage all people operations, including compensation benchmarking, performance management frameworks, and the global onboarding experience.
