- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and GTM roles, from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations and successful closing of high-impact hires.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to deeply understand technical requirements, ensuring high-precision candidate slates that align with LlamaIndex's specific technology stack and culture.
- Optimize and refine recruitment processes, including managing external agency partnerships and iterating on sourcing strategies based on data-driven pipeline metrics and hiring velocity targets.
