Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Professional Corporation (PC), including HR, payroll, and multi-state compliance for a growing team of RNs, NPs, and MDs.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain and pharmacy relationships, ensuring medication quality and timely delivery while negotiating SLAs with compounding partners.
  • Define and monitor data-driven clinical KPIs, using metrics to optimize provider productivity, patient satisfaction scores, and treatment outcomes at scale.
