Role overview
You will bootstrap an internal data platform from the ground up, moving data from disparate systems into a centralized, queryable layer. As a foundational hire, you’ll design ETL/ELT pipelines, evaluate modern tooling, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable self-serve analytics, fundamentally shaping how this global scale-up utilizes its data.

- Design and implement end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like BigQuery, dbt, and Airbyte to consolidate internal data.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to ensure data security, quality, and governance across all reporting and analytical products.
- Empower non-technical stakeholders in Finance and Operations by building self-serve tools and high-impact data products that drive business decisions.
Who this is a fit for
- Has at least 5 years of experience in Data or Analytics Engineering, specifically building and maintaining pipelines in a cloud environment.
