Role overview
You will design end-to-end product experiences for complex agentic AI workflows. Working closely with engineers and product managers, you’ll conduct user research, create prototypes in Figma, and run A/B tests to iterate on product features. Your work will define the user experience patterns for a new category of autonomous software agents.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity Figma prototypes and implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, data-dense user interfaces.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze usage data to iterate on designs and directly influence the long-term product roadmap.
Who this is a fit for
- Has at least 5 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex UI/UX and interaction design.
- Possesses deep experience designing B2B platforms, workflow tools, or ML-driven products where users need to maintain control.
- Demonstrates high technical curiosity and a willingness to prototype in code or use AI to enhance design workflows.
