You will join a growing team to define how Harmonic Security Inc. onboards and supports enterprise customers. This role bridges the gap between field deployments and engineering, where you’ll solve complex technical issues involving MDM, SSO, and browser extensions while feeding insights directly into the product roadmap to shape the future of AI security.

What you will do
- Lead customer onboarding and technical enablement, working directly with clients to resolve deployment issues and ensure a seamless integration of security tooling.
- Perform deep technical troubleshooting by gathering HAR files, logs, and firewall rules to conduct root cause analysis and provide sharp, actionable escalations to engineering.
- Collaborate with Product and QA teams to feed field findings into the roadmap, while building internal guides and customer-facing documentation to automate repeat processes.
