What you'll do
What you will do
- Deploy and configure the platform inside customer environments, integrating directly with their technical stacks and complex underwriting workflows.
- Translate messy, real-world claims and broking documents into working platform configurations, often building side-by-side with the subject matter experts.
- Flex between technical execution and go-to-market efforts by scoping use cases, running pilots, and bringing customer insights back to the core product.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Professional engineering foundation with the ability to ship production-quality code in Python or TypeScript and integrate software into complex enterprise stacks.
- Proven commercial fluency and the ability to move pilots forward by earning trust with sophisticated buyers and scoping high-value use cases.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance or reinsurance experience, with a deep understanding of the London market’s underwriting and claims workflows.
