What you will do
- Interpret complex electrical schematics and industrial layouts to map how production lines function and teach these structures to the Hyperion model.
- Develop Python-based integrations for edge hardware, pulling high-frequency time series and controller events from a diverse range of industrial machine vendors.
- Troubleshoot and solve real-time physical edge cases on the factory floor, ensuring seamless communication between hardware layers and the AI orchestration platform.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses a strong foundation in electrical engineering or embedded systems, with the specific ability to read and exploit intricate electrical schematics.
- Demonstrates a “builder” mindset through hackathon wins, university competition teams (like Formula Student or rocketry), or experience building complex physical systems.
- Is early in their career (1-3 years’ experience or PhD) with a valid EU/EFTA passport or Swiss university degree, motivated to work onsite in Zurich.
