As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge technical development and customer success by designing, launching, and refining production-grade AI voice agents. You’ll translate complex enterprise requirements into structured interview flows, build robust evaluation frameworks, and ship weekly improvements based on real-world data, directly shaping the product roadmap for a scaling healthcare platform.

What you will do
- Lead technical onboarding and discovery with enterprise customers to define screening requirements and agent logic.
- Design and implement multi-step structured interview flows, prompt engineering, and guardrails for voice-based conversational AI.
- Build and maintain automated evaluation pipelines to ensure scoring accuracy, calibration, and bias-aware practices across thousands of interviews.
Who this is a fit for
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python and full-stack development.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience deploying LLMs, NLP systems, or conversational AI agents into production environments.
- Proven ability to handle customer-facing technical challenges and translate ambiguous requirements into precise, measurable agent behaviors.
