At Stint, we’re using AI tools to transform how hospitality businesses operate. We started by building the UK’s largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2–3 hour shifts, working with brands like PizzaExpress, Pret a Manger, Gails, and many more. Now, we’re combining that workforce with an AI tool – creating a platform that no competitor can replicate.
In just 10 months, our new AI software has surpassed £1m in ARR and we are on track to multiply that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and international expansion is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.
What you'll do
What you will do
- Build, test, and deploy new features across the backend stack using Python (Django) and Go with a focus on clean, scalable architecture.
- Collaborate directly with Product and Design teams to solve real-world operational problems for high-profile partners like PizzaExpress and Gail's.
- Help design and evolve APIs, data flows, and event-driven architectures as the platform scales to handle international volume.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Has 3+ years of commercial production experience with a strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Demonstrates proficiency across the stack, specifically with Go, Python, PostgreSQL, and ideally Flutter or GraphQL.
- Thrives in high-energy startup environments and possesses the pragmatic mindset to balance clean architecture with the need to ship code fast.
