IRIS is a voice-first AI network operating system for fundraising and venture capital. For founders, IRIS is a personal AI fundraising agent. She learns who you are, your stage, and what you’re raising, then makes the warm introductions that move your round forward. She lives where founders and investors already work, across email, WhatsApp, phone, and web, and turns scattered relationships into a structured, queryable network that compounds in value with every interaction.Under the hood, IRIS is a graph-native relationship system: part CRM, part network intelligence, part voice-first AI. We’re in beta with early users.
What you will do
- Architect and deploy secure, serverless AI systems that translate complex real-world network behaviors into intelligent, automated fundraising workflows.
- Build and iterate on autonomous agents that integrate seamlessly with tools founders use daily, including WhatsApp, email, and mobile platforms.
- Implement rigorous AI governance and bias-mitigation frameworks to ensure the platform’s matching logic remains fair, transparent, and responsible.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven AI engineering expertise with hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows into production environments.
- Previous experience as a founder or a founding engineer who thrives in high-ambiguity environments and can move from MVP to scale rapidly.
- Strong product intuition with a preference for friction-free data capture and background intelligence over complex, traditional user interfaces.
