Role overview
As the Founding Engineer at Praktiki, you will lead the technology strategy and own the entire codebase for a high-growth AI healthtech platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will ship full-stack features, architect LLM workflows using Gemini, and establish engineering standards. This is a high-impact role with a direct path to CTO.

What you will do
- Own the technical roadmap and architecture, shipping features across the full stack including React web apps and Python-based backend services.
- Build and optimize sophisticated AI systems using LLM workflows and Gemini models to automate the creation and quality control of clinical learning content.
- Lead production operations including releases, monitoring, and security for a regulated platform used daily by clinicians and global pharmaceutical agencies.
