Role overview
As a Founding Engineer at Healthline AI, you will architect and deploy production-ready voice AI and computer-use agents from scratch. Working directly with clinical founders and B2B customers, you’ll bridge the gap between complex engineering and real-world healthcare needs. This is a high-autonomy role focused on rapid shipping and scaling core infrastructure.

Our platform runs mass outbound calling for chronic disease management, reaching thousands of patients at a scale that texts, letters and manual phone calls can’t match. It also handles inbound patient triage, so practices can manage demand without overloading reception teams. Every call is written back to the clinical record automatically, which removes the manual admin of chasing no-answers and updating patient records.
We’re a small, fast-moving team working where voice AI, healthcare integrations and computer use automation meet. We build agents that speak naturally with patients and work directly inside the clinical systems practices already use. Our work has a direct, measurable impact on how patients get care.

What you will do
- Design and implement production-grade voice AI interfaces and browser-based computer agents that automate complex administrative tasks for healthcare providers.
- Develop across the full stack, managing everything from low-latency AI agent interactions to robust B2B SaaS infrastructure used daily by clinical professionals.
- Collaborate directly with founders and customers to translate feedback into rapid product iterations, moving from concept to production at startup speed.

- Proven experience building and deploying voice AI or computer-use/browser agents in a production environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of agentic workflows.
- Full-stack engineering generalist with a background in B2B SaaS who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and shipping code daily in a fast-paced environment.
