What you will do
- Lead the execution of major product development programs from initiation through manufacturing readiness, validation, and successful customer delivery in the field.
- Create and manage integrated execution plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program performance, providing executive leadership with visibility into product costs, risks, and critical decision-making data.
