Role overview
You will own and manage full-stack client environments remotely from India, supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and complex networking infrastructure. Working directly with senior leadership, you’ll leverage PowerShell and RMM tools to automate tasks and ensure high-tier reliability for multiple tenants. This is a high-ownership role for a technical MSP expert.

What you will do
- Manage and maintain complex client environments including Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPO), Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune deployments.
- Configure and troubleshoot critical networking components such as firewalls, VPNs, and multi-site WANs to ensure secure and seamless connectivity.
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies, including regular testing of restores and utilizing PowerShell to automate repetitive manual tasks.

- Possesses deep L2/L3 technical expertise gained within an MSP or multi-client environment, with a strong focus on networking, firewalls, and multi-site WANs.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of supporting US or UK clients on a night-shift schedule (7:30 pm – 4:00 am EST) from India with professional English.
- Maintains a reliable home office setup with stable internet and backup power, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot complex stack issues independently.
