You will lead the end-to-end infrastructure for a platform accelerating drug discovery at top-20 pharma companies. You’ll own secure, multi-tenant Kubernetes environments on AWS, implementing GitOps with Argo CD and infrastructure-as-code. This high-intensity role requires managing isolated customer environments where security and reliability are paramount for compressing clinical timelines.

What you will do
- Architect and manage a GitOps deployment backbone using Argo CD to enable continuous, safe shipping across multiple Kubernetes (EKS) clusters.
- Build and maintain the source of truth for infrastructure using Terraform, OpenTofu, and Terragrunt across all production and customer-isolated environments.
- Lead security and compliance efforts, implementing SOC2 controls, secrets management, and observability telemetry to ensure infrastructure meets rigorous pharma standards.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE, with a proven track record of owning production systems end-to-end.
- Deep technical fluency in Kubernetes, AWS, and infrastructure-as-code, specifically within high-stakes, multi-tenant, or customer-specific environments.
- Experience operating under formal security or compliance regimes like SOC2 or HIPAA, combined with a hands-on approach to solving complex operational challenges.
