Join SEKTOR.AI (UK) LTD to build and ship the core product alongside the VP Engineering. You will develop AI-powered workflows, LLM-backed features, and deep integrations within a high-performance TypeScript stack. We’re building AI agents for some of the world’s largest engineering enterprises, including Parsons, AECOM, Ferrovial and Ramboll.
These organisations design and deliver the infrastructure that the world depends on - airports, railways, energy, systems and major construction projects. Yet much of their work still relies on fragmented information, manual processes and software that wasn’t designed for how engineers actually operate.
We’re now at an inflection point, building our own AI platform and agents, with direct access to major enterprise customers and real problems to solve.
What you will do
- Build and ship full-stack product features using React and Node, focusing on high-quality TypeScript code and seamless customer integrations.
- Develop advanced LLM-backed capabilities including complex prompting, tool use, and specialized AI agents that take on critical operational work.
- Own the entire product lifecycle from initial design to production, turning ambiguous problems into simple, functional, and reliable software solutions.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses at least 3 years of software engineering experience with a non-negotiable mastery of TypeScript across both frontend and backend environments.
- Demonstrates hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI APIs, coupled with a track record of shipping real-world products.
- Exhibits high agency, strong product judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment based in Farringdon.
