What you will do

  • Take complex property management problems from initial ambiguity to fully shipped features across a TypeScript, React, and Python stack.
  • Collaborate directly with residents and property managers to turn blunt feedback into intuitive software improvements within the same week.
  • Build and maintain essential developer infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and advanced AI tooling to accelerate team productivity.

Who this is a fit for

  • Possesses 2–4 years of experience in a product-focused team with a proven track record of shipping full-stack features.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in TypeScript and React or Python with modern frameworks, with a hunger to master both sides of the stack.
  • Maintains a strong bias for action and a “builder” mindset, evidenced by side projects, open-source contributions, or custom-built tools.

Why this role is remarkable

  • Direct ownership of the product roadmap where you’ll spend significant time on strategy and customer discovery rather than just writing code.
  • Unparalleled market access through partnerships with industry bodies and major firms managing nearly half a million residential properties.
  • Opportunity to ship production-ready AI features, like LLM-powered response drafting and automated compliance reporting, in a high-stakes, real-world environment.
