Role overview
As the first security hire, you will design and own the platform’s security architecture from the ground up. You will build the encryption, IAM, and audit systems for a multi-tenant AI workspace handling sensitive integrations. This is a founding-team, equity-only role for a builder who wants to shape a security-first product before launch.

- Design and build security architecture for a multi-tenant platform, including OAuth handling and encryption.
- Implement robust IAM, audit logging, and data-protection practices to ensure full UK GDPR compliance.
- Secure the integration layer for third-party API credentials and develop prompt-injection defenses for AI agents.
