What you will do
- Own substantial sections of the Drumbeat codebase, overseeing architecture, reliability, and performance for a product serving thousands of customers.
- Ship customer-facing features end-to-end, from database schema design and backend logic in Python/Django to responsive UI and LLM integrations.
- Convert 80%-ready prototypes into robust, production-ready systems, managing complex background jobs, data pipelines, and third-party API integrations.
