Senior Software Engineer, AI Agents at Storable

Location
Seattle, United States
Compensation
$250k-$400k

Storable is the backbone of the self-storage industry, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the foundational AI agent platform that will power our next generation of products. This isn't about building simple chatbots; you'll be architecting production-grade agents that handle real money, reservations, and tenant records for over 33,000 facilities.

Backed by thirty years of proprietary data, you'll join a small, elite team to define the architecture, safety models, and evaluation frameworks from scratch. With a total compensation range of $250k-$400k, this is a rare opportunity to lead AI innovation at a scale that moves an entire industry.

What you will do

  • Architect the core agent platform, defining how agents are assembled from shared components and how they interact with text and voice channels.
  • Design robust action safety models and deterministic paths for high-stakes operations, including state-specific compliance for payments and collections.
