You will build and scale AI-powered applications that transform enterprise interactions with intelligent agents. Working across React, TypeScript, and Python, you’ll develop high-performance frontends for agent control and scalable backends for real-time AI workflows. This role integrates LLMs and agentic automation into production-ready systems for world-class financial institutions.
About Eloquent AI
Eloquent AI builds an AI Operator for financial services that automates complex, regulated customer service and operations workflows beyond frontline support. Its system learns existing processes by observing standard operating procedures and can automate tasks such as account unfreezing, AML/KYC checks, repayment adjustments, and claim status updates without requiring engineering effort.
What you will do
- Design and build full-stack applications using React and TypeScript to power sophisticated AI-driven workflows for enterprise users.
- Develop scalable Python and Node.js backend services that support real-time LLM interactions, knowledge retrieval, and agentic automation.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and ML engineers to integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multimodal capabilities into seamless user experiences.
