You will own the card data lifecycle end-to-end, designing APIs that power payments for giants like Ramp and Rippling. What you will do
- Design and implement developer-facing APIs and primitives for card tokenization, 3D Secure, and multi-PSP orchestration.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand complex payment stacks and shape the product roadmap based on real-world friction.
- Own features from problem definition through to production, ensuring sub-millisecond encryption and high-availability across distributed systems.
Who this is a fit for
- 3-10+ years of experience shipping high-quality software, with Senior/Staff candidates showing deep domain expertise in card networks or tokenization.
- Strong fundamentals in systems, networks, and distributed infrastructure with a relentless focus on developer experience and API design.
