- Build sophisticated AI workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to solve complex growth and marketing challenges.

- Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to provide structured insights that directly influence the Airops.com product roadmap and executive strategy.
