Role overview
You will be the first dedicated finance hire for a rapidly expanding AI-driven logistics startup. Managing group-wide finance across multiple European entities, you’ll lead consolidation, treasury, and M&A due diligence. This high-impact role offers a clear path to CFO as you integrate acquisitions and scale the group’s financial infrastructure.

What you will do
- Own group-wide finance, including monthly close, multi-currency consolidation, and board reporting across all international legal entities.
- Drive the M&A process by leading financial due diligence, deal structuring, and the integration of new acquisitions onto a unified reporting model.
- Manage the group’s debt programme and treasury functions, overseeing cash flow, lender relationships, and complex customs duty deferment accounts.
Who this is a fit for
- 10+ years of senior finance experience within multi-entity, international environments, ideally in PE-backed or acquisitive scale-ups.
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical skills in consolidation, audit management, and hands-on acquisition finance.
- A proactive operator comfortable building models and processes from the ground up while strategically managing lender and investor relationships.
