What you'll do

What you will do

  • Build and manage a consistent content engine, owning the LinkedIn presence and tone of voice to establish market leadership.
  • Execute continuous growth experiments across messaging, personas, and channels to identify and scale high-converting lead generation levers.
  • Build and manage data dashboards to track performance from first-touch through to pipeline contribution and ARR growth.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in growth, content, or marketing at an early-stage startup or B2B SaaS company.
  • Exceptional commercial writing skills with the ability to produce bold, opinionated, and high-quality content that converts readers into MQLs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and experience tying creative marketing activities to tangible revenue outcomes.
