- Own and execute a prioritized AI roadmap, validating department needs with prototypes before shipping automated internal tools and workflows.
- Establish company-wide standards for prompt libraries, agent lifecycles, and security protocols to ensure AI quality and reliability across all functions.
- Run cross-functional enablement programs, including the company hackathon and AI upskilling courses, to foster a deep AI-first culture.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 4-6 years of experience in technical operations, engineering, or as a founder, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/automation.
- Demonstrates hands-on proficiency with LLM APIs (Claude, ChatGPT), workflow platforms like n8n or Zapier, and advanced prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Possesses a proven track record of shipping end-to-end AI tools that are currently running in production, not just scoping or prototyping projects.
