Role overview

As the Assistant Manager of Cubitts’ first European flagship in Dublin, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations on South William Street. You will lead a high-performing team, manage stock and systems, and deliver a premium, bespoke customer experience, ensuring the store runs like clockwork and delights every customer.

About Cubitts

Cubitts is an independent spectacle maker, founded in King’s Cross, London, in 2013.

We’re fascinated by the intersection of design, engineering and the human face. By materials, proportion, construction and the small details that make an object exceptional. We believe good design should be accessible, that things should be made to last, and that repair is always preferable to replacement.

But Cubitts is about more than spectacles. Our world draws on architecture, art, history, science, craftsmanship and the peculiarities of everyday life. We take inspiration from unexpected places, celebrate individuality and believe there’s always room for a little irreverence.

We’re serious about what we make. Less serious about ourselves.

Today, Cubitts has stores across the UK and New York, alongside our workshops, made-to-measure and bespoke services, and online at cubitts.com.
