Deployment Strategist at Govra

You will lead Govra’s high-stakes deployments with state agencies, transforming complex government operations into intelligent, executable workflows. This hybrid role spans product management, applied AI, and customer success. You will map regulatory logic, prototype AI agents, and own the deployment lifecycle from discovery through measurable impact, directly influencing how governments recover hundreds of millions in revenue.

• Lead end-to-end agency engagements from initial discovery through production, adoption, and the measurement of operational success.
• Design and configure complex AI workflows, untangling regulatory logic and building executable systems that help agencies make faster, more consistent decisions.
• Bridge the gap between the field and the lab by translating customer needs into clear product priorities and reusable AI configuration playbooks.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, or technical product roles with a track record of owning high-stakes, large-scale customer engagements.
• Technically fluent in AI tools and LLM behavior, with the ability to troubleshoot APIs, configure complex data workflows, and evaluate system performance.
• Exceptional communicator and problem-solver who can build trust with senior government executives while navigating ambiguous regulatory and technical environments.
