About Otterly Booked
Hospitality
Otterly Booked is a UK-based outsourced revenue management service for independent hotels. It combines pricing software with human review to monitor demand, competitor rates, and hotel performance, then updates room prices through property-management, channel-management, and booking platforms. Its services are designed for smaller independent hotels and hotel groups that need daily dynamic pricing without hiring an in-house revenue manager.
What you will do
- Manage daily dynamic pricing updates for existing clients, ensuring optimal revenue performance through the company’s proprietary demand-forecasting engine and hands-on oversight.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hotels and B&Bs, while managing ongoing owner queries, pricing requests, and monthly performance reporting.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives, including refining the core pricing product, identifying new market opportunities, and executing marketing and lead generation campaigns to expand the client base.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 0-2 years of experience and a rigorous quantitative degree (Maths, Physics, Economics, or Engineering) from a top-tier university with McKinsey-calibre problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates high quantitative horsepower and structured thinking, comfortable navigating an early-stage startup environment where ownership and autonomy are prioritized over rigid corporate structures.
- Has the right to work in the UK and is excited about a London-based hybrid role that balances intensive in-person mentorship with future flexibility.
Why this role is remarkable
- Join as employee #1 and work directly with the founder, gaining an inside look at building a startup from the ground up with a significant ~1% equity stake.
- Impressive early traction with £50k+ ARR achieved in just four months of operation, demonstrating strong product-market fit and a clear path to profitability without outside capital.
- The role offers a unique blend of quantitative analysis and strategic leadership, allowing you to influence the core pricing engine, product roadmap, and long-term business strategy.
