What you'll do
What you will do
- Take new agency customers from signed contract to fully live in under 7 days by conducting in-person training and workflow mapping at branch offices.
- Triage complex technical issues and customer bugs independently using SQL, log inspection, and codebase reading before escalating to engineering.
- Build a comprehensive training curriculum from scratch, including documentation, videos, and certification paths to drive daily active usage across all customer branches.
